Three Disc Deflakers  TDF

Shimi pajouhesh sanat TDF series deflakers  are determined for coarse and fine deflaking of various types of waste paper ,broke  and chemical pulps  and for fiberizing of screen rejects to obtain high quality product and better strength characteristics. TDF deflakers reduce the flakes in the stock to individual fibres by hydro-dynamic stock waves created by deflaker perforated discs.

Depending on the furnish and required defibring efficiency, the disc holes size is selected and the gap between rotor and stator is adjustable.

The TDF special pattern design , sharp edges and high rotating speed provides homogeneous deflaking action. All this , combined
