Three  Disc Refiners TDR

TDR refiners are the highly developed equipments in refining and they are replacing conical refiners as they are more efficient and more energy saver.

Refining consist of passing the fibers between two surfaces separated by  a very narrow gap. Three disc refiner consist of two static discs and one rotating disc with double side between static discs.

Due to the additional surface area, refining can be more  gentle, this permits tensile strength development with less fine generation

or tear loss.

Shimi pajouhesh sanat TDR  refiners are used to refine bagasses, softwood, wheat straw, hard wood and waste paper pulps.
